We can all experience difficulties and loss in our lives; at home, at work, at college and in our relationships. Counselling can help you to improve how you manage and cope with these difficulties. My aim is to offer you a calm, non-judgemental and respectful place to explore your thoughts and feelings, in a way that makes sense.
I am trained to listen and my approach (person-centred) and manner is gentle and calm. I draw on my own broad life experiences to create a safe, supportive and accepting place for you to talk about things that may be causing you distress.
Our first appointment together is free of charge and if we then believe we can work together my fees are £40 per hour. If you can't afford this we can discuss a reduced rate. Thank you for your time. Go to site
