Paula Fenegan

Reflexologist & Nutritional Therapist
I am a practising Reflexologist and full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AOR). I am also a qualified Nutritional Therapist, qualified in Nutritional Healing, which looks at nutrition from a naturopathic point of view. I have always had an interest in complementary therapies and turned to Reflexology for a health issue of my own in 1997. I later went on to study reflexology, qualifying in 2004. Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy which is based on the theory that the different organs and systems of the body can be mapped to different points or areas on the feet, hands, face, lower leg or ears. Reflexologists believe that through working these points or areas, they may have an energetic effect on the corresponding organs or systems within the body; encouraging the body towards a state of homeostasis and self-healing. I keep up to date with Continuous Professional development and have learnt further techniques involving Repro-reflexology( helping with pre conceptual care) and Precision Reflexology, a light touch technique. I further enhanced my knowledge of complementary therapies by studying for an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Healing in 2012. Nutritional healing is an holistic therapy that aims to work with each person as an individual. A detailed medical history will be taken to understand fully each clients' unique status. I will then work with the client to help them improve their situation, by recommending specific foods, increasing hydration and the use of supplements where appropriate. If I can be of help in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.
